It's alwayst good to see that Siouxsie and Budgie are still doing it after all of these years. The newer Creatures tracks that they have on there are very cool, so this is going to the top of my list of things to get. Here's to hoping it's good... Siouxsie Sioux’s dream of playing live with a classical orchestra became reality at the Royal Festival Hall last October – and was captured on the DVD "Dreamshow". From classic Banshees tracks to Creatures singles, and including tracks never performed live before, "Dreamshow" has it all. Live guests for that performance included Kodo drummer Leonard Eto and cellist Martin McCarrick. Special features include footage of the rehearsals with the orchestra, soundcheck, exclusive interviews with Sioux, Budgie and the rest of the band as well as an exclusive selection of tracks culled from Siouxsie’s last appearance at London’s legendary punk venue, the 100 Club. Heh, more info on the upcoming Depeche Mode album. I've been listening to their older CDs recently and will probably buy this album regardless, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll be worthwhile... Depeche Mode have announced the title of their upcoming album. The album will be called "Playing The Angel". To be released on October 17th it will hold the following songs: Precious, Sinner in Me, Suffer Well, John the Revelator, Macrovision (with Martin Gore on lead), A Pain That Im Used To, I Want It All and a few other tracks, 3 of which have been written by frontman Dave Gahan. According to www.depeche-mode.com the album will be preceded by the single "Precious" to be released in early October. During the band's press conference in Düsseldorf on June 16th, songwriter Martin Gore also revealed that the band might release a new live DVD: "We don't have concrete plans, but we probably will release one, yes.
